Shipping policy

We pack and send every order from Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, and we’ll email you tracking details once yours is on its way.

We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia and the United States.

New Zealand

Standard shipping is NZ$10, or free on orders of NZ$110 and over. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Rural addresses may take an extra 1–2 days.

Australia

International Standard shipping is A$20, or free on orders of A$150 and over. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.

United States

International Standard shipping is US$30, or free on orders of US$120 and over. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Public holidays, weather and peak periods can sometimes cause delays.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@curatedwellness.co.nz with your order number and we’ll sort it out. See our Refunds & Replacements policy for more.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
